Hours: 8:30am-5pm

Onsite at HQ in Blue Bell, PA

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate must possess:

  • Fast typing/data entry skills
  • A high sense of urgency
  • Very detail oriented
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.  

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Data Entry
  • Answering In-bound calls
  • Contacting customers via email and/or phone regarding order confirmation and backorder notification
  • Shipment Tracking
  • CRM Database updating
  • Marketing of red list and as is products
  • Credit card payment transaction processing
  • HVAC Product Knowledge helpful but not necessary
